Hello have your sources LCD driver which is present in official Android 6 (8.1) lk.bin???

It found with strings lk.bin |grep hd780_dsi: jd9522_hd720_dsi_vdo_qc ili9881c_hd720_dsi_vdo_cpt Without LCD driver it can't compile LCD functional bootloader / kernel to 4G-IOT board.

This source code is not completed. If you are looking for the complete source code you can find it in the official orangepi website.

Official source is imposible to load from Baidu cloud other than chinese area. Your provided sources are only one that are availabe to download rest of world..
