Redundant database configuration in backend. #75

The PoEM backend has two, partially redundant database configuration files.
One for ActiveRecord, which is used for the initial database migration, and
one for Hibernate.

One or both of them should be generated automatically during the build
process, so that the user has to change one configuration file in the worst
case.
