Insert Mood tag collection into repository #118

Mood tag collection is comprised of a mish-mash of other collections. The files 
not already under the repository need to be added (duplicating beatles tracks) 
and metadata added as a separate process. Process may need to be keyed on 
legacy_path table as new ids will be assigned to tracks imported. 

Subsequently insert the Mood tag dataset and task
