Cilium 1.16 support #96

Hi, Are there any plans to support 1.16 any time soon? We are of course really looking forward to testing out the new version in our OpenShift clusters.

Potential solution is to delete this operator and re-install with Helm. As I described in my issue https://github.com/isovalent/olm-for-cilium/issues/97

Interesting solution, but I'm guessing this would be unsupported when using OpenShift. For OKD that's not an issue though.
