Archiving a locked recording results in the recording being deleted.

Using Agent v4.6.9.0 on Ubuntu.

To reproduce:

Select a recording.
Lock the recording.
Archive the recording.

The recording has been deleted (from disk) and lost forever.

Recordings that are archived that are not locked are archived correctly.

Closing issue as the files are not actually removed from disk. They appear to be archived but do not actually get moved, they disappear from the UI but eventually return (although not entirely sure what causes this to happen).
