Reports tab shows old closed milestones #14

On the reports tab, there is a dropdown to choose which milestone to view a report for. The dropdown allows you to filter milestones, and view open and closed milestones.

Problem: The 'open' tab shows milestones which have been closed and even milestones which are no longer viewable on GitHub.

Expected behaviour: The 'open' tab should only show milestones which are currently visible and open on GitHub.

My bad. These were milestones from another repo. Sorry for the inconvenience
