Implement monitoring

Summary of change

Install monit on production server, add configuration files for monitoring such instances as nginx, postgresql and redis. Add ansible config to reproduce particular setup on the different VM

Testing approach

Test ansible config on the brand new created VM instance on Google Cloud, demo record attached to this PR
