Add MRT Breakdown Info #138

LTA now provides this data apparently. Evaluate and see how best to add it

Probably best to be done by doing the checks server side and sending notifications to all clients (maybe through Firebase Cloud Messaging). Also have a page on the app that queries the API for this messages and parse it accordingly
