Merge related events in notifications #778

It would be great if related events would be merged, so in the above screenshot, it would say "sold 15 copies of Dotgrid".

notifications have about a 4 hour merge window due to how we email them out. One option could be to make that window larger, or another option is we have a different kind of merge that only happens on the UI when rendering the notifications page.

It could be a purely front-end thing. And if you do decide to move forward with this change, something like, You sold 15 copies of Dotgrid, for a total of $23.00 could be pretty useful too.
