Why I Can't Activate My Media Devices When Dialing A Call?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Checkout all codes
2. browse call.htm via chrome
3. login using my account successfully
4. input destination account
5. click on "Call"

Result:

The media devices are not activated, and even if I set to "Ask" and refresh the 
page, the browser will not popup for confirmation.

PS. If I start the call.htm via sipml homepage "Enjoy our live demo" the media 
devices are activated correctly.

Anybody can teach me?

PS. I fond a thing:

browsing http://sipml5.org/call.htm?svn=179 I could use my media devices while 
I could not when browsing the same call.htm in a local directory. I'm wondering 
if there is some principles to make a video/audio call via call.htm.

You'll need to host call.htm on server
