Create application sidebar for logged in users #18

Check the design in https://theme.crumina.net/html-olympus/24-CommunityBadges.html and the docs/design-templates folder in the repo. The sidebar is ment to act as navigation when the user is logged in. The items in it should be:

Dashboard
My campaigns( it would display a list of campaigns and a button to create a new campaign)
My challenges( displays a list of joined challenges )
My profile (user profile info )
