Doesn't pronounce /r/ #15

Chrome Version 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Per here: https://tophonetics.com/ 'ire' in American English is /aɪr/ but I can't hear the r. The same page won't give me the r in British English. That makes sense, but why can't phoneme-synthesis pronounce it?

eSpeak is a British voice and doesn't really do "r" at the end. It does have an American-voice option you could try, but no warranty :)
