user style need to set in every dictionary #129

when i use dark mode. the content page doesn't show black but white. so i write a css to chage it. but user style need to set in every dictionary. i think user style should be set to all content.

While some dictionaries have similarly structured content (e.g. most wikipedias), in general they are very different and applying the same user style to all is problematic.
