Integrate social stuff from VK & FB.

i.e.:

[ ] allowing one to follow article author on VK https://vk.com/dev/Subscribe https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/follow-button
[ ] widget for quick subscription, place in sidebar https://vk.com/dev/Community https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin
[ ] Optionally place under disqus https://vk.com/dev/Comments https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/comments
[ ] one should be able to quickly share the post and we should account that https://vk.com/dev/Share https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/share-button
[ ] Like button https://vk.com/dev/Like https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button
[ ] https://vk.com/dev/Recommended showing other articles from our website (based on Like button)
