How to design course line? #4

I use Blender and I can't figure out how to draw the course line. Can someone help me out?

If you have some specific questions about the course line creation in blender, I can try and help. It's not at all very intuitive to have to manually generate these points at the moment, but I'm already well into development of a more feature complete version of GCCompanion that will include a course line generation tool.

I'm wanting the sample charts to be Easy and Normal charts for Sincronicity, and charts for A Tetocone of Eternity (永遠のテトテコネクト), the Tetote Connect finale.
