What change would like to see?

Show compiler warnings if verbose compile output preference is selected

Why?

To make minor coding issues more visible, leading to them eventually being 
fixed.

Would this cause any incompatibilities with previous versions?  If so, how
can these be mitigated?

Should be fully compatible.... except with minorly flawed code that generates 
compiler warnings!  ;-)
