Linking other apps with mHBS #42

Open shbucher opened 7 years ago

I want to open an issue where we collect other apps to which we may want to link from within the mHBS app. These are specific apps such as for drug or feeding volume calculation, etc. Linking to other active apps is slightly different, from a content perspective, as compared to linking with other educational videos or pdf resources. Some of these apps will be very general, others will be more specific. This issue will evolve as the mHBS powered by DHIS2 app evolves.

Safe delivery app from Maternity Foundation (most pertinent to the Helping Mothers Survive portal within mHBS): http://www.healthynewbornnetwork.org/hnn-content/uploads/SDA-1-Pager.pdf

mUzima clinician assistant app for administration of magnesium sulfate (Helping Mothers Survive portal): http://muzima.org/muzima-clinician-assistant-app/

Premature baby feeding volume app (we need to do resource mapping to determine the best app, based on latest evidence-based guidelines; Essential Care for Small Babies portal)

ETAT+ (This is more for general sick baby care)

S.T.A.B.L.E (same as above)--both ETAT+ and S.T.A.B.L.E will be useful for end-users when they have babies that enter the "red zones" of HBB, ECEB, ECSB

IMCI (WHO; same as above, more general pediatric care, outside the newborn period)

Prof. Deorari's ECEB (I think this is already linked): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eceb&hl=en

Prof Deorari's ECSB: (same as above): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ecsb&hl=en

VR for HBB (To be developed pending BMGF)

Keeping the issue open, if more partner apps need to be added

Thanks, @sunbiz . AAP released a webinar series today, which we will eventually link within mHBS. Probably not for the research trial version, but for our future public launch version, upon completion of the BMGF study: https://www.aap.org/en-us/advocacy-and-policy/aap-health-initiatives/helping-babies-survive/Pages/Webinars.aspx
