please release last version with deb package #54

Please consider to release the last version with audio and video support for Debian and Ubuntu.

Hi,

I have been updating this project in my fork for a few months now.

There are a few extras there and snap package support. If/when ivelkov gets back to this, I will merge back... but I invite you to use it
