Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current placement of the reason modal is not optimal for users. This can lead to inefficiency and user frustration.
Describe the solution you'd like Move the reason modal closer to the "Not Success" button or redesign the modal for better usability. This change will make it easier and faster for users to provide reasons, improving the overall user experience.
Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative solution could be to implement a keyboard shortcut for triggering the reason modal, reducing the need for mouse interaction. Another option is to integrate the reason input directly into the tagging interface, eliminating the need for a separate modal.
Additional context Enhancing the placement or design of the reason modal will require updates to the UI layout. This improvement aims to increase the efficiency and satisfaction of users during transcribing sessions.
Keyboard shortcuts have the same potential to solve this issue.

I think if the reason boxes could appear as a pop-up above the "couldn't try" button, it could improve efficiency for cursor users. Additionally, adding instructions or comments about using the keyboard for faster transcription could provide a temporary solution.
When navigating with the Tab, Shift + Tab, and Enter keys, you can access the audio playback without making changes. For example, when checking reason boxes, pressing Tab after submitting leads to the checkboxes appearing, which you can then select using the Spacebar.
In my case, to get the reason boxes to work, I had to adjust my browser settings. For Chrome users, follow these steps:
Go to chrome://settings/accessibility. Ensure these options are enabled: "Added outline for the block of objects that are being focused on." "Navigate pages with a text cursor." To activate or move the cursor within the text, you can use the F7 shortcut key. it should be enough for most computers as the other option is defualt on.
I think moving the modal closer or even redesigning it for usability could benefit the user who needs to use the button a lot throughout a transcribing session.
