add end event emitter #7

Hi Izupet,

I found this useful and I thought that you would like to merge this to your project. I found it easier to have a totally different event emitter than to use the same and trying to find out if it is the last one or not.

Hi, I did not forget about this PR. I find this useful feature, but will give it a closer look and merge it until end of the week.
