Prolific PL2303 based USB/Serial Cable Doesn't work with PDP11GUI #3

I can connect to my 11/84 with an FTDI USB/Serial cable under Windows 10, but not with a DSD TECH SH-RS232D USB/Serial cable that is based on the Prolific PL2303 chip. The DSD Tech cable works OK using PuTTY to connect to the 11/84.
