Background

The proposal is to include a lookahead-style search box to find a specific candidate within the merit list.

User Story

As an Admin, I would like to be able to search for a candidate in the merit list so that I can check their score/adjust their outcome.

Feature(s) Description

• [ ] Include a lookahead-style search box to find a specific candidate within the merit list
• [ ] Admins must be able to search by reference number and (unless it's name-blind) candidate name

Acceptance Criteria

It's done when Admins can search for candidates on the merit list.
