Write up documentation for QT digital checks

Background

Once a draft QT has been created by Admins, the Digital team is asked to run checks on it before it is opened, but there does not appear to be any guidance on what is checked. It's also unclear at what point Admins should create tests, open tests etc.

User Story

As the Digital team, I would like to understand what checks should be run on a QT before it goes live so that I can provide assurance to Admins and ensure consistency in test checking.

[ ] Prepare documentation on what is required of the Digital team when running checks on a pre-live QT
[ ] The above must include a clear list of checks required
[ ] Prepare some bullet points that Product team can use when creating video guidance for users on opening tests
[ ] Share the above guidance with the Digital team

Acceptance Criteria

It's done when the Digital team has clear guidance of what is required when checking QTs and the Product team have the understanding necessary to create video user guidance for opening the tests.
