Adding Headers Names to JSON and HTML #77

I really like the adapter - easy to understand and simple to use! I am displaying the JSON and HTML table in Jarvis (Visualisation) but the tables do not have headers. Would it be possible to add the header names into JSON and HTML? At the moment it is just showing numbers.

In version 2.0 (available now in the latest/beta branch) I added the headers for JSOn and HTML. Please test and let me know if it works for you.
