SSL Encoding for IceCast SSL support #111

As of 2.4.x IceCast now supports SSL for sources.

I would like to be see support for SSL sending for darkice, may seem overkill, 
but as far as I am concerned everything should be encrypted now. At least make 
them work for it if they want it..
