Be: handle unseen a job

• allow user to unseen a job when user wants to get back the last job
• we must check the user returned valid input
• then decrement or increment the job score depending on if it is a liked or disliked job and always decrement the jobCount and dailyJobCount
• remove the job from the seen and liked lists
