documentation: code snippets are html-encoded #58

This is an issue in the documentation, not in the code.

All the code snippets at http://emmense.com/php-twitter/documentation/ are 
displayed wrongly in the site.
For example:

  $t->username = 'user';

where it should read:

  $t->username = 'user';

It is unreadable.
