internal compiler error: Segmentation fault #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloaded tar file for Gingerbread 
2. $./.repo/repo/repo sync --local-only
3. $make TARGET_PRODUCT=beagleboard OMAPES=5.x

Gingerbread 2.3.4
OS: Ubuntu 10.04
Please provide any additional information below.
Its repeating. So can't build. Why this happens?

I remember seeing this error when the host PC RAM  was not enough (you had may 
apps open and running).
After I upgraded to 2GB RAM, not seen this error again.
