Database needs to comply with EU GDPR laws by allowing users to submit requests to anonymize their data.

Fixed:

Added legal disclaimer tab, directing users to contact Me actually#8806 on Discord for GDPR requests.

TODO:

Add language for email option to gdpr@twitchlights.com email
