Bad molecule plot for missing residues 63-67 #322

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Look at cv plot at:

The problem is that the residues are present in the coordinate list but are not 
in the selected range.
They should still be included in the plot however.

This is a high priority because we would like to show this in the CING paper as 
well.

Note that it's important to only change the plotting ranges.
E.g. the What If checks should still only be done on the CV derived ranges so 
that the summary numbers are specific to only those ranges.

Fixed in r1152.
