Diff engine not working properly #5

The diff engine doesn't work properly especially when starting with
imported contents. It mix up the "view mode" and the "code mode" and gives
unexpected results.

It is wysiwyg html editor action problem(add sometag, add space between tag and 
others), I have no idea to fix this.

The problem is that diff engine tries to match individual words!!! So if it 
finds the word on some following text it MAKES a REAL MESS ... 

Tried but failed to use daisydiff PHP engine ...
