added skipDisliked option #8

this auto-skips the images with more dislikes than likes (usually some propaganda or disinformation BS that noone is interested in). the user can still go back to skipped images and this option can be disabled.

Sure, no problem. I actually already use it, because there's so much BS on rouming recently :D Just thought that others could find it useful as well, so I made a PR.
