Remove mapping from both the queue option and the Results #6

When viewing a queued item, it is possible to "see it on a map"-- remove this please.

Also, remove the tab in the Results for seeing the data on a map.

"View on map" from queue has been removed. See 719393f8bac8500647ef41ec09f984af4d4174a0

Removed all occurrences of a map from the applicaton.

Reworked the feedback (results) activity to host only personal/global stats.

We have removed the latitude and longitude info sent to the phone when requesting stats and have updated the output when no results have been collected.
