Upper Limit #2

How can we input upper limit for flux in a band as input?

FAST takes inputs as fluxes, so ideally you can supply the actual flux measurement (even if negative) and the 1 sigma error. Alternatively, if you only have upper limits, then enter 0.0 for the flux and give the upper limit (in flux) as the error for a band.
