The patch will allow the player ranking chart to be switched between yearly and monthly. My plan was to extend the TT_ALL window to include 16 more windows starting from the 25th year, and create another option for a half-decade span to chart over 100 years. But this seems a bit complicated, so I gave up on it and submitted this patch with just the two options monthly/yearly.
