Fixed a bug where bars would get cut off and not scale properly if a station had too many lines

There was a possibility of a crash occurring in the Player Ranking UI. I apologize for not being able to thoroughly check this.

If you open the Player Ranking UI right after starting the NEW game, it will crash immediately. This is caused by there being only one x-axis. We have fixed this so that the crash does not occur. Please check it out.
