[Support for WebAuthn (or any other Standard) to Send Notifications to my Device to quickly unlock my accounts]

[nothing. i'm just mildly inconvenienced and want to get push-notifications even if it means self-hosting a bit]

Duplicate of #552. I don't want to require the Internet permission and this excludes push notifications unfortunately.
