FR: Open periodic notes regardless of whether a new note is needing to be created. #18

Current behavior: Periodic notes are only opened and pinned if a new note was created.

Feature Request: An option to open and pin a note regardless of whether it was needed to be created by the plugin or not. Maybe make it toggle-able per note type.

Awesome plugin, definitely did not know I needed this until now. Kudos!

Thanks! This is definitely something that should be added, I'm also going to add a companion feature that closes any open and existing pins if you want, which means you'd only be left with the latest period's note open and pinned.
