Time for a new release? #383

There's been some fixes and some improvments since the last release, that it would make sense to do a new release formally?

This bit me today. The DEB is from the ancient release and when I fixed the code it installed and wend back to the repo to submit a PR. I found the fixes already in master. Wish someone would throw down a tag.

Had issue today, tried install of rpm on Fedora 35, nothing happens at all.
