Adjust annotation popup placement if too close to edge of browser window #15

OK. Note to self: place popup to the left near the right edge, place popup to the top near the bottom edge.

Popup is placed to the right if it is located in the left half of the screen, and left if located in the right half. I am disregarding vertical positioning because it doesn't seem like much of an issue.
