Elimination of unstable pings ❌

Check if ping run before the actual ping run test will eliminate unstable pings. If yes we can just add some sample run after each change of configuration. Thanks to it Ola wouldn't need to analyze each send+answer but take statistics.

@dcPTR could you add sample ping run (like 10 send+answer) after each config change?

After each configuration change, the script checks if ping works. It tries for up to 5 minutes and waits 30 more seconds if successful. If ping fails, it skips the configuration.
