Goal

This epic aims to develop a new Backstage UI plugin in the Janus repo. This UI plugin should provide Backstage users with the ability to see the detailed status of the tekton pipeline associated with a service.  They should also be able to view detailed logs of the tekton pipeline associated with a service.
