Add option to restart in "Off" mode #10

It should be possible for the plugin to initialise in "Off" mode when the program starts. Perhaps not an option when the "lock to channel" option is selected.

Change of plan - it should restart in "Manual" mode.

Plugin now starts in "Manual" mode if requested.
