Add notice about end-of-life #36

Google no longer supports OpenID 2, which this plugin uses, making the plugin no longer functional.

@jaredhanson - Can we get this merged so no-one else goes down the path of integrating only to find that Google has stopped supporting this?

35, #32, #25 are all the same issue.

Bump again - people continue to land on this repo, do some implementation, and get frustrated when realizing it's no longer supported by Google.

What can we do to get that big green Merge button clicked?
