I'll love to see key bind context. So, each key bind now can be assigned to a group or context, being on the “default” one, by default.
This is useful when you have mods that use key binds that are also used by other mods, but not in the same context, so no real overlapping. For example, the mod "Replay Mod" uses a lot of key bindins of normal gameplay. But they are only used when on replay mode, on normal gameplay they are not used. So the red conflict indicator is in reality false, because there is no real conflict.
By adding groups or contexts to key binds, you can get rid of these conflics, and have a clean key bindings menu.
