Channel icons and resource change issue #176

Hi, it was working fine for 2 years. At the moment, the channel icons do not appear(CNN, BBC etc.) and when I select a source (or change TV channel), it gives the following warning.

How can I fix.

After having updated to Home Assistant from 2022.2 to 2022.3 I do also no longer see the Channels set.
