Also in this one i would also like to make Win sdk path location read from an env variable. This is where i should push it. Would you agree with this? On my setup, the win SDK is not in program files

The changes in this PR were incorporated a while ago, so I'm closing it.

Please open a separate issue or PR about reading the Windows SDK path from an env variable, if you still need it.
