  1. seedfile tweaked to add recipe entrees for the tester@test.com user

  2. created a helper for the title

  3. Changed all _title partials to be in the new helper for title instead (getting rid of the user/recipe tabs as you have navigation right above it too - which we can remove that stuff instead

  4. Deleted all the migrations

Also, since we have the template now - it's pretty easy to switch to tabs & eliminate that other nav thing right above it if that's your preference.

I kind of feel like the navbar at the very top next to the user stuff is the sharing the purpose of the navtabs or the navigation links you have below the big picture.
