RT-N14U with Huawei E3372 NDIS mode - can't get IP #1370

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Configuration: RT-N14U with Huawei E3372 USB modem
Mobile operator: Slovak Telekom
Operation Mode: Wireless Router Mode 
The RAS mode is working well.
The NDIS mode is not working. 
Connection status shows: Waiting for obtain the IP address...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RT-N14U_3.4.3.8-087_base older versions are not working as well

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
No internet connectivity if I select NDIS mode. No IP is autoassigned to the 
WAN interface.

If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)

i also own a E3372 and i am experiencing same issues. i think the problem lies 
in the fact that the NCM interface does not actually support direct DHCP calls. 
the information needs to be pulled out from the serial interface.
