Update Mkvmerge #26

Remove the Mkvmerge 7.0 from the video-engine folder (outdated) and replace it for the 10.0 version (latest).

This will prevent lots of bugs from happening and increase the speed of muxing. For instance, with 7.0 the audio of the anime was cutting off and getting back every 15 seconds. However, this never happened again after installing 10.0.

And by the way, this is how I got to know the Mkvmerge is outdated. In this case I'm using the 64bit version but I made sure to upload the 32bit version here in order to be compatible with any PC.

Sure, I'll check it out. It seems jaw20 has been absent from GitHub for a while...
